Associate BTL

Job description
The Urban Company is seeking a highly motivated and intent-driven Associate BTL to join our team in Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of identifying the right professional partners in high-potential areas, executing targeted local marketing activities, and exploring innovative ways to automate and generate the partner leads.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify high-footfall zones and potential target areas for outreach.
• Onboard and train professional partners for the new business line.
• Drive local partnerships and collaborations to boost visibility and walk-ins.
• Execute on-ground campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
• Explore opportunities to improve automation and operational efficiency.
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize for better results.

What We're Looking For:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in field operations, on-ground marketing, or field sales.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Graduates between year (2021-2026) and not post-graduates, they're encouraged to explore other opportunities with us.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in fleet operations, local outreach, or similar roles is an advantage.
