Chemical Engineer / Polymer Specialist (Lyocell Fiber Plant)

Location: [Gaziantep, Turkey]

Position Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: Mid to Senior Level

We are seeking an innovative and results-oriented Chemical Engineer / Polymer Specialist to join our Lyocell fiber production facility. We invite professionals passionate about contributing to sustainable textile production to become part of our dynamic team!

Responsibilities

Optimize Lyocell fiber production processes and enhance production efficiency.
Conduct R&D activities in polymer chemistry and fiber production technologies.
Ensure quality control and compliance with production standards.
Contribute to process development, cost reduction, and environmental sustainability goals.
Collaborate with the team to develop innovative solutions for technical challenges.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Lyocell or similar cellulosic fiber production (preferred).
Knowledge of polymer chemistry, viscose processes, or textile fiber technologies.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English (for technical documentation and international communication).
Team-oriented, innovative, and open to learning.
