Senior Flutter Developer

Job Title: Mobile Application Team Lead / Project Manager

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Engineering

Location: Mumbai - Fort (Not looking for relocating candidates)

Experience : 8 to 12 years - relevant exp into flutter

Maximum budget : 16 LPA

Mode of interview : F2F Mandate

Preferred Skills: Lead and manage a cross-functional team of Flutter, Android, and

iOS developers, .NET Technologies.

Responsibilities : - Oversee the Entire mobile application lifecycle from planning to deployment and

maintenance. - Define and manage project scope, schedules, deliverables, and resource planning. - Collaborate closely with backend, QA, UI/UX, and product teams. - Coordinate with server/backend engineers for API integration and cloud

deployments. - Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce clean architecture practices. - Handle CI/CD pipelines and oversee deployments to the Play Store and App Store. - Maintain documentation and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality mobile applications with optimized

performance and scalability. - Developing web or desktop applications using .NET technologies. - Familiarity with server-side concepts, cloud functions, database management (SQL). - Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD tools, and automated build/release systems. - Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and version control workflows.
