The Opportunity

We're seeking for a talented IT Support Engineer to join our Auckland team and deliver frontline IT support across the Goodman Fielder business.

You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operation of hardware, collaboration tools, and systems in a dynamic, people-first environment.

What You'll Do

Provide technical support for end-user systems (Windows, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint)
Install, maintain, and refresh desktop/laptop devices
Manage service desk requests, walk-ups, and remote troubleshooting
Support IT needs for site visits, projects, and office relocations
Ensure meeting rooms and collaboration tech are functioning seamlessly
Work on site in our Nelson Street office
What You'll Bring

Prior experience in IT support or service desk roles is desirable
Experience troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networks
Working knowledge of Office 365, Workspace One, and AV tools
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
