Role & responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations within the logistics, forwarding, and supply chain departments, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, improve operational performance, and meet customer expectations.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the logistics, forwarding, and supply chain industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in shipping, forwarding, logistics, or a related industry.
