Lead Java Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Java Technical Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of high-performance applications.
• About This Role:
• Develop scalable and efficient Java SpringBoot applications adhering to clean code principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of backend services.
• Work closely with frontend developers to integrate web applications with APIs and other backend systems.
• Maintain technical documentation for software applications.

Requirements:
• 7+ years experience with Java development using Spring, SpringBoot.
• Good experience with unit testing frameworks e.g. JUnit, Mockito.
• Good experience with databases and ORM frameworks e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, Hibernate.
• Good understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.

Preferred Skills:
• Cloud platform e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Application containerization e.g. Docker, Kubernetes.
• Ci/cd tools e.g. Jenkins, Bamboo.

Soft Skills:
• Takes ownership, is a proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
