Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping customers find the right products. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience, maintaining store organization, and supporting sales goals.

Duties

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries.
Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and ensuring shelves are well-stocked.
Supervise and assist in training new team members to ensure adherence to company standards.
Utilize basic math skills for retail math calculations, including pricing, discounts, and inventory management.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
Uphold phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries related to products or services.
Qualifications

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Basic math skills necessary for cash handling and retail transactions.
Familiarity with stock management and inventory processes is a plus.
Ability to demonstrate products confidently during demos to enhance customer engagement.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services offered in-store.
