We're Hiring a Managing Assistant – Must Be Bilingual (English/Spanish)

We run a hands-on, fast-paced junk hauling business, and we’re looking for a Managing Assistant who’s ready to work both in the field and in the office. This is NOT a desk-only job. You’ll help lead operations, communicate with clients and crew, and solve problems on the fly.

Who You Are

Bilingual (fluent in English & Spanish) – required
Have reliable transportation and can show up on time, every time
Comfortable getting dirty – willing to visit job sites, pitch in when needed, and be where the action is
Confident speaking with both clients and employees – you’re a clear, respectful communicator who can get deals done and teams aligned
Have a FITFO attitude – you don’t freeze, you figure it the f out
Responsibilities

Support daily job scheduling and logistics to keep teams and trucks moving
Give job estimates, help close deals, and maintain client relationships
Communicate clearly with employees to ensure jobs are completed on time and correctly
Confirm payment collection and handle job follow-ups
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with the team in both English and Spanish
Assist with admin tasks like QuickBooks entries, calendar management, and record-keeping
Show leadership in the field – not afraid to get your hands dirty if something needs to get done
