Role Description:
We are seeking experienced and passionate educators based in India to join our remote teaching faculty. You will deliver asynchronous or lightly synchronous courses to a global student body via our LMS (Classe365 or equivalent). Most students are adult learners, many with backgrounds in healthcare, yoga, or wellness.
Subject Areas in Need:
• Anatomy & Physiology
• Nutrition & Integrative Health
• Psychology
• Mind-Body Medicine
• General Education (Philosophy, Ethics, Statistics, etc.)
• Public Health / Epidemiology
• Business Communication / Organizational Behavior
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate pre-designed online courses (or assist in developing them)
• Grade milestone assignments using provided rubrics
• Respond to student queries within 24–48 hours
• Attend occasional Zoom faculty meetings
• Provide feedback to improve curriculum, if needed
• Help maintain academic integrity and student engagement
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree or above in a relevant subject (PhD preferred but not required)
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Experience with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Docs, LMS tools)
• Comfortable with asynchronous course delivery and rubric-based grading
• Passion for education, mentorship, and international collaboration
Preferred:
• Familiarity with integrative or holistic health topics
• Prior teaching experience at the university level (India or abroad)
• UGC-recognized degree holders or international equivalency

Pay: ₹208,273.82 - ₹307,847.52 per year
