Job Description

Sales & Client Engagement:

Promote and sell health packages, additional diagnostic tests, and add-on services to both retail and corporate clients.

Engage with corporate clients to understand their healthcare needs and tailor suitable packages accordingly.

Ensure a patient-centric approach in all interactions.

Appointment Management:

Ø Monitor appointments every 02 Hours via Ask Apollo, Apollo 24/7, and Health Bridge platforms.

Ø Call and confirm appointments with patients.

Ø Inform respective doctors about scheduled appointments.

Ø Coordinate with patients, especially for Saturday appointments.

Billing & Documentation:

Ø Handle both retail and corporate billing processes accurately.

Ø Collect and reconcile payments (cash, card, PhonePe) and ensure alignment with the Daybook.

Ø Scan and upload all necessary documents for corporate clients in a timely manner.

Ø Ensure all documentation is complete and organized for internal and external audits.

Reporting & Follow-Ups:

Ø Prepare daily MIS reports, including billing summaries and cash collections.

Ø Make Primary Care Provider (PCP) follow-up calls to patients for prescriptions and next steps.

Ø Maintain communication with patients post-consultation for additional requirements or clarifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
