Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MEP Engineer to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Electrical Engineering and a proven track record in managing and executing MEP projects in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects and other engineers to develop MEP drawings and designs that meet project specifications and standards.
Project Management: Oversee MEP installations on site, ensuring that all work is completed according to design specifications and project timelines.
Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control procedures for MEP work to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve MEP-related issues on-site to ensure seamless project execution.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of MEP components.
Software Proficiency: AutoCAD
Key Requirements

Experience: 4-+ years of experience as an MEP Engineer in the real estate or construction industry.
Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant degree.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in large-scale real estate projects
Strong communication and leadership skills

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
