Location-Mumbai/Pune/London
Responsibilities
• Work in an Agile team to write technical specifications and develop strategic trading, risk, and finance tools
• Design and enhance the infrastructure for trading, risk, and finance, from development to testing
• Fetch trade data from trading systems and compute risk and finance metrics
• Develop solutions for onboarding products and regulatory reporting
• Coordinate with risk, finance, front office, and quants teams to gather requirements
• Support modern agile software development methods and mentor team members
• Work on flexible projects based on client needs
Requirements
• Excellent hands-on experience in Python development
• Understanding of risk and pricing for derivatives products, especially in the Rates asset class
• Strong analytical skills with experience using various analytical tools
• Proficient in Excel, particularly for pricing sheets and comparing risk engine vs. analytics
• Experience in the end-to-end development lifecycle in a test-driven environment
• Familiarity with Agile software development processes
• Experience in developing and delivering scalable applications
• Excellent communication skills
