Martinez Law is a Florida-based real estate litigation firm located in Lutz, dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services with a client-centered approach. We are growing and seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support two of our litigation attorneys. Our ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and litigation support to two attorneys handling real estate litigation matters
Manage attorney calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, and client meetings
Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files
Communicate with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel
Assist in trial preparation and document production
Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely filings
Qualifications:

2+ years of legal assistant or legal secretary experience (litigation experience preferred)
Familiarity with Florida court procedures and e-filing systems (e-Portal and JAWS)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software
