IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate Relationship Manager-MEL. As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our rural customers in the Sikar region of Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the rural market

- Understand the financial needs of customers and provide them with suitable banking solutions

- Achieve sales targets for various banking products and services

- Cross-sell and up-sell products to existing customers to increase their engagement with the bank

- Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities

- Collaborate with other departments within the bank to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services to customers

- Stay updated with the latest market trends and competitor activities to develop effective strategies for business growth

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer queries or complaints in a timely manner

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking, preferably in the rural market

- Strong understanding of banking products and services

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences in Sikar, Rajasthan

- Proficiency in local languages will be an added advantage

- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
