Job description
What You'll Do:
• End-to-End Product Design: Conceptualize and create innovative designs for our diverse product range, including turbans, printed shirts, and dress materials.
• Brand strategy and improvements
• Creating new design catalogues
• Brand Development: Play a key role in building our brand’s identity by working on everything from logo creation to defining the brand's aesthetic.
• New Styles: Keep our collection fresh and trendy by developing new styles that resonate with our target audience.
• Photoshoots: Collaborate with photographers and models to bring your designs to life in stunning photoshoots.
• Packaging Design: Oversee the packaging design process, ensuring our products are presented in a way that reflects our brand's quality and creativity.
• Helping in social media management, influencer management, social accounts
• Doing research on relevant projects given by management
What We’re Looking For:
• A creative thinker with a strong eye for detail.
• Passion for fashion design and a keen understanding of current trends.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry.
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree/diploma program in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and fashion terminology.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Passionate about brand storytelling and marketing.

Freelance Fashion Designer for Indian Menswear
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Freelance Fashion Designer specializing in Indian menswear – including sherwanis, kurtas, bandhgalas, Indo-western pieces, and other festive/occasion wear.
This role requires someone with fresh design ideas, a strong understanding of fabric and fit of traditional Indian aesthetics. You will work closely with our production and merchandising team to bring designs to life and ensure high-quality output that reflects premium finishing and fine craftsmanship.
• Main Responsibilities:
• Design seasonal and festive collections in line with the brand's vision and customer preferences
• Research fashion trends, fabrics, and embroidery techniques relevant to Indian menswear
• Create detailed design sketches, mood boards, tech packs, etc, for sampling and production
• Collaborate on custom orders and exclusive pieces when required
About You:
• 2-4 years of experience in designing Indian ethnic menswear
• Strong portfolio showcasing original menswear designs
• Sound knowledge of fabrics, Indian embroideries, silhouettes, and finishing techniques
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or CorelDRAW
• Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
