Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Preparing weekly check runs and disbursement of draws
• Initiating electronic payments with various banks
• Bank reconciliation for multiple projects
• Providing feedback to Project Managers on development project financial status
• Preparing job cost reports utilizing Yardi
• Assisting with Year-end audits/compilations, cost certifications as needed
• Performing additional duties as assigned

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Knowledge of development and job cost practices, contract management in Yardi, and experience with major systems
• Strong analytical skills dealing with financial data and budgets
• Superior writing and communication skills
• Proficient in the use of personal computers and related software applications
• Strong attention to detail
