About the Role:
We’re seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the end-to-end product development lifecycle while bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution. You’ll drive the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with expertise in JavaScript, React, Laravel, and modern DevOps tools (GitHub/GitLab/BitBucket, CI/CD pipelines). You’ll translate business needs into actionable tasks, solve technical challenges, and optimize workflows to deliver high-impact products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Break down business/user requirements into user stories, prioritize the backlog, and track progress.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on sprint planning, task allocation, and timelines.
• Provide technical guidance on frontend (React/JavaScript) and backend (Laravel) development.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, BitBucket Pipelines) for efficient deployments.
• Monitor code repositories (GitHub/GitLab/BitBucket) to ensure best practices in version control and collaboration.
• Work with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product usability.
• Improve Agile/Scrum workflows (sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming).
• Ensure seamless communication between teams (engineering, design, QA) and stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
• 5+ years in technical product management or a hybrid engineering/PM role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Laravel (ability to review code/discuss architecture).
• Hands-on experience with version control tools (GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven track record in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Trello).
• Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and guide engineering decisions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad, India.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Figma, Postman, or DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Background in startups or small product teams (ownership mindset).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
