Manufacturing Engineer

Job Requirements Roles and Responsibilities: • Assemblies process planning for Aerospace • Work Instruction creation for Aero Structure assemblies and system installations (Manufacturing Instruction Sheets/Technical instructions). • Working knowledge of Catia and SAP. • Assembly routings using SAP, time calculation, special processes • Create SOI (Standard Operating Instructions) for Aero Structure assemblies. • Cost estimation for Tooling (inc. tooling for composites) • Understanding of FAI and APQP related documentation • Shop floor layout / Optimization for assembly lines • Standard Line balancing • Understanding of DMU • Cost estimation associated with industrialization of new assembly lines Tool Skills • SAP • Catia V5 • Airbus Specific Tools • MS Office Job Location: Vadodara (Gujrat) Work Experience Minimum Qualification: Bachelor of Engg (Mechanical/Aerospace) or Diploma in mechanical/ Engineering Experience: 8 to 12 years Tool Skills • SAP • Catia V5 • Airbus Specific Tools • MS Office
