Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about XR technology and possess strong communication and business development skills. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge XR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Actively prospect and generate new leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our XR products and services to potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies and achieve growth targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the XR market.
Prepare reports and forecasts, tracking key metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Master's in Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, preferably in the technology or software industry.
Strong understanding of XR technology and its applications is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
