Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with expertise in home automation systems. The ideal candidate will work with Aqara and Loxone products, overseeing project planning, execution, and client management to ensure successful installations and seamless system integration. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical automation, excellent project coordination skills, and the ability to maintain client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution: Lead and oversee home automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Aqara and Loxone products, including their installation, configuration, and integration with smart home systems.
Site Visits & Installations: Conduct site assessments, plan installations, and troubleshoot any system-related issues on-site.
Team Coordination: Work closely with technicians, electricians, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing technical guidance and support before, during, and after installation.
Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare project reports, maintain records of installations, and document troubleshooting procedures.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in home automation, system integration.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical circuits, wiring, automation protocols, and smart home technologies.
Communication & Leadership: Excellent client communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
Mobility: Willingness to travel for site visits, installations, and client meetings.
Work Conditions:
Full-time role with frequent on-site visits.
May require working in different locations based on project needs.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
