Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- E-commerce Platform Management:

- Enter and update product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
- Ensure all data (pricing, images, descriptions) is accurate and up to date.
- Monitor product inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team.
- Communicate with e-commerce partners for order tracking, payment issues, or other queries.
- Draft formal communications, reports, and documentation as needed.
• Reporting & Coordination:

- Maintain records of daily operations and submit regular reports to management.
- Coordinate with internal departments like marketing, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth workflows.
• Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations or data entry preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated and reliable with good organizational skills.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
