Salary: Up to ₹15,000/month (Based on skills and experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Female Telecaller to join our remote team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with leads, explaining products/services, and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads.
Explain products or services clearly and effectively.
Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.
Follow up on previous calls and maintain engagement.
Handle queries and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Meet daily/weekly calling targets.
Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in [specify language(s), e.g., Hindi, English].
Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work independently.
Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
Must have a smartphone/laptop and stable internet connection.
