Junior Fashion Designer

We are seeking a skilled Fashion Designer to join our team at Rashi Kapoor Fashion. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing new collections, developing detailed sketches, and coordinating with sampling teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop fashion designs that align with the brand's aesthetics and quality standards
• Create detailed tech packs for production and coordinate with sampling teams and vendors
• Research market trends, fabrics, and techniques to stay ahead of industry movements
• Manage and organize sample inventory, materials, and trims in the studio
• Oversee daily studio operations including sourcing, follow-ups, and inventory tracking
• Support in planning shoots, exhibitions, and client meetings
• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fashion-related industry
• Demonstrated creativity and technical skills through a strong design portfolio
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW
• Solid knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and finishing techniques
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Able to manage both design and day-to-day operational tasks efficiently
