Job Title: Senior Tax Accountant, Technology

Job Location: 4500 Dorr Street Toledo, OH 43615 (& various unanticipated locations throughout the US; may work from home)

Senior Tax Accountant, Technology earn between $84,400 to $121,500 yearly.

Senior Tax Accountant, Technology needed by Welltower, Inc. in Toledo, OH (& various unanticipated locations throughout the US; may work from home) to be responsible for implementing and maintain tax technology solutions across the department. Create and maintain Alteryx models to support key department processes. Assist with the administrator role of ONESOURCE suite of products. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to present key performance indicators. Assist in monitoring and assessing current state of Artificial Intelligence (AI) momentum and applicability. Work across cross functional teams as needed to provide insights into base level data. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through data checks and use of technologies. Work cross functionally on tax technology projects. Coordinate use of outside consultants and programs in support of technology/software initiatives. Utilize Alteryx. Utilize ONESOURCE, Microsoft Power BI and emerging AI technologies.

Minimum Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Data Analytics, Taxation or Computer Science and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in a related occupation utilizing Alteryx; and utilizing ONESOURCE, Microsoft Power BI and emerging AI technologies.
