What You'll Do... As part of your responsibilities, you will monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding debts and ensure timely follow-up on delinquent balances. Investigate account data to verify the accuracy of charges and determine the appropriate course of action for each case. When accounts are overdue, contact customers directly to collect payments or negotiate feasible installment plans. I take proactive steps to encourage prompt payments and minimize future delinquencies. Additionally, process payments accurately, resolve billing and customer credit issues, and maintain detailed records of all account activities and collection efforts. Also provide regular reports on collection progress and the overall status of accounts receivable to support informed decision-making by management.
