A debt collection telecaller's responsibilities include:

PROCESS: SBI/RBL CREDIT CARD COLLECTIONS

(KANADA,TAMIL,TELUGU)

Contacting debtors: Locate and contact individuals or businesses with overdue bills to request payment
Negotiating payment plans: Work with debtors to create and implement payment plans
Handling customer inquiries: Respond to customer questions, complaints, and inquiries
Maintaining records: Keep detailed notes of collection efforts
Ensuring compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
