Course Counseling: Provide detailed information about available courses, including curriculum, duration, fees, and benefits.
Lead Validation: Assess the potential and eligibility of students for specific courses or programs.
Follow-up: Maintain regular contact with interested candidates to address queries and encourage enrollment.
Data Management: Accurately record and update student information and call outcomes in the CRM system.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students to improve services and address any concerns.
Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to align on strategies and targets
