Ideal Candidate Profile:

A candidate with 12–15 years of progressive experience in sales and business development within the OEM automation sector, with a strong technical foundation and a track record of managing complex proposals and customer accounts in sectors like marine or defense or relevant industry.

Industry Backgrounds: OEM & Automation Industry, Electrical Switchgear, PLCs, Embedded Controllers, VFDs, and Electronic Control Systems.

Required Skills:
• M.B.A-Marketing/B.E with Electronics/Electrical qualification from a reputed University.
• Sales Management
• Customer Management
• Business Generation
• Techno-Commercial Proposals

Bonus / Preferred Skills:
• Marine and/or Defence Domain
