Job description
Job Title: Senior General Manager

Role Overview:
• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for luxury hotel developments, ensuring adherence to quality and branding standards.
• Project Planning & Execution: Drive project feasibility studies, master planning, and site evaluation for new hotel projects.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Define project budgets, secure approvals, and implement cost-control measures.
• Construction & Quality Management: Supervise on-site execution, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Coordination: Oversee design coordination, architectural planning, and MEP services integration.
• Procurement & Contract Administration: Lead procurement strategies, vendor negotiations, and contract finalization for consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Sustainability & Compliance: Implement safety and compliance standards in line with local and international regulations.
• Stakeholder & Team Management: Collaborate with internal leadership, operations teams, and external partners to align project deliverables
