We are hiring for Technical Training Head - Mumbai.
Position: Lead – Technology Learning.
Function: Learning & Development (Tech Function)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 10–15 years.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and build the Tech Learning Academy roadmap aligned to the bank’s digital transformation and tech strategy
• Develop learning journeys for all job families (e.g., software developers, architects, infrastructure engineers, data scientists, UX designers, etc.)
• Lead the creation of onboarding-to-proficiency pathways for lateral hires and freshers
• Drive a build vs. buy approach for tech learning—curating from top platforms (Coursera, Udemy, Pluralsight, etc.) and designing in-house programs
• Partner with tech leaders to conduct capability diagnostics, skill gap assessments, and define role-specific success profiles
• Implement certification pathways in emerging technologies (Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, etc.)
• Deploy blended learning methodologies: e-learning, lab simulations, workshops, bootcamps, coaching, communities of practice
• Identify, onboard, and manage external partners, instructors, and platforms
• Set up robust learning governance, success metrics, and ROI measurement frameworks
• Track global tech learning trends, L&D innovations, and benchmark best-in-class tech academies
• Manage program budgets, learning infrastructure, tech tools (LMS, LXP), and vendor contracts
