Full job description
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team and support lead management and sales operations. This is a full-time role designed to give real-world experience in B2B(Digital Marketing & Video Production Leads) lead handling, qualifying potential clients, and assisting in driving sales meetings.

Note: Female candidates are preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize all inbound leads from various platforms
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team
Follow up with potential leads to improve conversion rates
Maintain accurate lead records and update the Zoho CRM
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales workflows
Report daily activity and progress to the sales manager
Requirements:

Location: Must be based in Pune (this is not a remote position)
Languages: Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Quick learner with a proactive attitude
Ability to multitask and handle day-to-day operational work
Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)
