We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to join our maintenance team at our Aamby Valley site. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in maintaining, repairing, and installing air conditioning systems in hospitality or facility management environments.
✅ Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance of HVAC systems (split, cassette, ductable & VRV units).
• Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning systems.
• Install new AC units and related components as needed.
• Maintain service logs and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients or property teams.
• Coordinate with team leads for preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules.

???? Candidate Profile
• ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in AC maintenance in hotels, resorts, or large facility setups.
• Strong understanding of electrical components related to AC systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
• Physically fit and able to work in variable site conditions.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
