Are you a self-driven individual looking to kickstart your sales journey and earn while you learn? P&R Groups is looking for passionate Sales & Growth Interns who can help us expand our online presence and boost sales on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and our own website www.prgcart.shop.

This internship is ideal for students, freelancers, and freshers wanting to gain real-world experience in e-commerce, sales strategy, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

Promote products through social media, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
Identify and engage potential buyers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Suggest ways to improve product visibility and sales.
Report weekly progress and challenges to the team.
Maintain a professional, helpful attitude with all clients and customers.
Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of social media and e-commerce
Self-motivated and result-driven
Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and handle rejections professionally
No specific degree required — we value passion and commitment!
