Application Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical, including proficiency in CRM customization and configuration, experience in integrating CRM with other systems, and knowledge of CRM SDK and web services.

The primary responsibility of this role is to design, build, and configure applications that meet business process and application requirements. This includes collaborating with teams to develop solutions that align with business needs and requirements, as well as leading and mentoring junior team members.

Additional responsibilities include conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed, as well as providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will be an SME, able to collaborate and manage the team to perform, responsible for team decisions, and expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

A minimum of 5 years of experience and a Any Btech degree is required for this position. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
