Role Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (IT Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition, lead generation, effective business communication, and managing key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
• Generate qualified leads through networking, research, and outreach
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Deliver engaging business presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Maintain records of sales activity and client communications
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in new business development and lead generation
• Strong business communication and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Experience in account management and handling client relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in IT sales or B2B sales is highly preferred
