???????? Role: Django Backend Developer (On-Site, India)
We're hiring a dedicated Django backend developer to help build the infrastructure that powers our threat simulation engine, compliance modules, and enterprise dashboards.
???? This is a full-time, on-site role based in India.
???? MERN stack or frontend developers will not be considered.
???? What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs using Python, Django, and Django Rest Framework
• Design and optimize data models using PostgreSQL
• Implement backend logic for simulation events, team interactions, and risk scoring
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of backend services
• Collaborate with product and domain experts to translate attack scenarios into backend flows
• Write clean, well-documented code with tests and modular architecture
• Work with a local team in a fast-paced, agile environment
✅ Must-Have Skills
• 3–5 years of backend development experience with:
• Python, Django, Django Rest Framework
• PostgreSQL and relational database design
• Strong understanding of API design, authentication, and permission handling
• Familiarity with Git, pull request workflows, and agile development
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• GitHub or portfolio showcasing backend-focused projects

• You’re primarily a MERN stack or frontend developer
• You do not have Django/DRF experience
• You are looking for a remote position
???? Bonus Points For:
• Experience integrating LLMs or AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO 27001, or other risk frameworks
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, or backend testing
• Background in cybersecurity or threat simulation tools
