About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and driven Software Trainees to join our growing engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to kick-start their software development career. You will work under the guidance of experienced developers and gain hands-on experience in coding, testing, debugging, and deploying software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications

Write clean, scalable, and efficient code under supervision

Learn and apply programming concepts and development best practices

Participate in code reviews and team meetings

Troubleshoot and debug software issues

Collaborate with QA, design, and product teams to ensure quality deliverables

Stay updated on new technologies and programming trends

Maintain documentation for internal processes and systems

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C/C++, JavaScript, etc.)

Basic understanding of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)

Familiarity with version control systems like Git

Knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies

Exposure to web or mobile development is a plus

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
