About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to join our Value Chain Team , working on B2B and B2C applications . This is a Level 4 Individual Contributor (IC) role , where you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and scaling multiple microservices from scratch.

The ideal candidate should have a product-based background or strong experience in service-based companies with high-end product development exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Microservices Development: Build and manage multiple microservices in a distributed architecture.

• End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and deploy backend solutions from scratch with high scalability and performance.

• Low-Level Design (LLD): Work on architectural front, ensuring best coding practices and scalable design patterns .

• System Architecture: Define and implement robust system architecture for complex applications.

• Hands-on Coding: Solve complex problems using Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) , ensuring efficient backend solutions.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps teams .

Required Skills & Experience

• Java with deep expertise in backend development.

• Spring Boot & Microservices – Experience in building and managing multiple microservices .

• Experience in building applications from scratch – Strong expertise in designing and implementing new systems.

• Low-Level Design (LLD) & Architectural Thinking – Ability to define and implement scalable architecture.

• Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) – Hands-on coding skills with problem-solving abilities.

• System Architecture – Experience in designing high-performance, scalable backend solutions.

Preferred Background

• Product-Based Company Experience or Services-Based with High-End Product Clients .

• Experience working in large-scale distributed systems .

• Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
