Location: New Delhi G.P.O., Delhi (Remote)
Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 per month
Job Description: Seeking a Customer Success Manager with 2-3 years of experience, preferably in a software startup. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, driving upsells, reducing churn, and acting as the voice of the customer. Must be fluent in English (US accent) and have a customer-centric approach
