Associate/ Principal Lawyer

Proficiency in reading and understanding of revenue records
- Experience in conducting due diligence for land across PAN INDIA for various PDU's/ Financial institutions and banks
- should have work experience for the renewable sector, real estate and power sector
- Review and examination of land records and documents and thorough understanding of land laws
- Independent client dealing and coordination with all stake holders involved in the transaction
- Drafting and finalization of opinions on land related matters
- strong understanding and ability to advice the parties n mortgage related aspects
- well versed with state land laws and latest judgements and development in the sector

Pay: ₹+00,000.00 - ₹1,560,000.00 per year
