Job Responsabilities:
trademark filing
team work supervision
client handling
journal study and do working
knowledge of trademark renewal, rectification, assignment
trademark objection and hearing
trademark opposition and counter
knpowledge of copyright and design
legal notice draft and reply, legal documents
need to supervise legal department of company and will involve in all the legal affairs of company and have to travel for work related
• Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
