Associate - Legal

Ensure handling of all legal disputes/ prospective issues leading to dispute against the company. Advising the management with best possible solution keeping the legal interest of the company and financial viability of such solution. Ensure due protection of company interest in commercial drafting and new processes and products based on acceptable business risk parameters and needs of business.
• Key Responsibilities

1 Contract Drafting
- Drafting of simple but close ended legal agreements, amendments etc. Agreements include variety of service agreement, NDA, lease, leave & license, letter of intent, MOU, payment channels etc.
- Negotiating with confidence on legal terms and conditions with other parties and taking initiative in providing acceptable solution while ensuring due protection of company interest.

2 Projects, Research & Advisory
- Assisting in preparing processes and policies, launching new products/ loan offers/ customer/ dealer contests etc from legal & compliance perspective.
- Research and Advising on matters like contract laws, insurance laws, intellectual property laws, IT laws, property laws, registration laws, stamp duty provisions in India and dispute resolution process between parties in different countries
• Need to Have Areas
- LLB from reputed law institute.
- Post qualification experience of more then 2 years.
- Must have a relevant court experience.
- Must have contact drafting experience.
- Strong research skills.
• Salary: From ₹350,000.00 per year
