Associate Legal Researcher (FEMALE ONLY)

About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct legal research on corporate law, intellectual property and compliance matters

2. Analyze statutes, regulations and case law to provide informed legal opinions

3. Draft and review contracts, agreements and legal memoranda

4. Ensure all legal documents comply with relevant laws and regulations

5. Assist in client meetings and maintain professional client relationships

6. Support senior attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials and arbitrations

7. Prepare pleadings, evidence and other litigation documentation

8. Monitor changes in laws and advise clients on compliance requirements

+. Implement necessary regulatory changes for clients

10. Maintain organized legal files and records

11. Process timely billing and documentation of hours worked

Requirements:

1. Hold LLB degree from recognized institution

2. Demonstrate 1-2 years legal practice experience (corporate/IP preferred)

3. Exhibit strong research and analytical abilities

4. Communicate effectively in written and verbal form

5. Show proficiency in legal drafting and documentation

6. Work independently and collaboratively as needed

7. Maintain exceptional attention to detail

8. Possess Bar Council of India certification

+. Display proactive, self-motivated attitude

10. Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently

11. Uphold highest ethical standards and confidentiality
