Job description
play a role in supporting the efficient operation of the team by overseeing various administrative and operational tasks. You will manage travel arrangements, onboarding processes, and general administrative duties to ensure smooth functioning within the team.
Grade : 7

What your main responsibilities are
1. Travel Management:Coordinate flight and hotel bookings using BCD and Concur systems.Process currency requests on FCF.
2. Onboarding and Administrative Support:
Facilitate new joiner onboarding, including post-offer acknowledgment.
Create FedEx IDs on Workday and manage IMAGE access and email ID creation.Coordinate laptop configuration and shipping to base locations.
Handle FedEx badge requests and initiate welcome emails to new employees.
3. Coordination and Support:Assist with Etime corrections on behalf of managers.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, including skip-level team meetings and 1:1s with Managing Directors and above through respective Executive Assistants.
Develop and maintain templates for project updates, resourcing excel trackers, and other useful tools.Create and update job aids to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Miscellaneous Tasks:Monitor aging laptops and coordinate laptop procurement through FCF.
Organize and coordinate team events to foster team spirit and collaboration.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated SAP BTP Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), Fiori Elements, and cloud-native development on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). You will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining modern SAP-based solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
Must Have:
Strong experience with SAP CAP using Node.js
Proficient in HANA DB, OData V4 services, CDS, xsuaa, and Jest
Experience deploying applications to SAP BTP Cloud Foundry
Frontend development experience using SAPUI5 and JavaScript
Familiarity with Fiori Elements for UI development
Nice to Have:
Experience with SAP HANA JSON Document Store
Familiarity with GitHub for version control
Understanding of CI/CD concepts and pipelines
Exposure to CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
Knowledge of BNAC
Experience or awareness of SAP Data Sphere
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using SAP CAP on SAP BTP
Create scalable and secure services with CDS and OData V4
Integrate frontend and backend components using SAPUI5 and Fiori Elements
Implement authentication and authorization using xsuaa
Conduct unit testing and write test cases using Jest
Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Relevant certifications in SAP BTP or CAP (preferred)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
