Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Android Tech Lead (Kotlin) to lead the design and development of high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in Kotlin and Android SDK development, with bonus experience in Flutter or React Native. The position is a leadership-oriented role with room for innovation, ownership, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor Android developers across multiple projects.
• Architect and build Android applications using Kotlin and the latest Android SDKs.
• Ensure code quality and performance tuning across the Android stack.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX, backend, and DevOps teams to ship scalable products.
• Contribute to SDK development for third-party integrations.
• Manage version control, release cycles, and documentation.
• Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies.

Must-Have Skills:
• 3–5 years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong command of Kotlin and Android SDK internals.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, third-party libraries, and Android design principles.
• Proven experience in leading a small to mid-sized tech team.

Good-to-Have (Bonus) Skills:
• Working knowledge of Flutter and/or React Native.
• Candidate have expertise in creating unique SDKs or libraries for both internal and external applications.
• The candidate should have familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools, such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
