CAD/CAM Specialist – High-End Women’s Footwear

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and innovative CAD/CAM Specialist to join our high-end women's footwear manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Shoemaster software and other industry-standard tools, playing a pivotal role in translating design concepts into precise technical specifications and prototypes.

Key Responsibilities

Footwear Design & Modeling: Utilize Shoemaster DESIGN and other CAD tools to create detailed 3D models and virtual prototypes of footwear, ensuring alignment with design aesthetics and functional requirements.
Pattern Engineering: Employ Shoemaster ENGINEER to develop and grade patterns, ensuring optimal fit and comfort while maintaining design integrity.
Customization & Bespoke Solutions: Leverage Shoemaster CUSTOM to adapt standard lasts and designs to individual customer specifications, facilitating bespoke footwear production.
Technical Specifications & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical specifications, including material lists, stitching details, and construction methods, using Shoemaster TECHSPEC and BOM modules.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with designers, sample makers, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of design intent into the manufacturing process.
Quality Assurance: Conduct virtual fittings and simulations to identify potential issues, ensuring high-quality standards are met before physical production.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Footwear Technology, Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in CAD/CAM design within the footwear industry, particularly in high-end or luxury segments.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Shoemaster ,DESIGN, ENGINEER, and CUSTOM modules.
Familiarity with other CAD software such as Autodesk Fusion, Rhino 3D, or Adobe Illustrator.
Understanding of 2D/3D pattern making, grading, and virtual prototyping.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Attributes

Experience with bespoke or custom footwear production.
Knowledge of sustainable and ethical design practices.
Familiarity with footwear manufacturing processes and materials.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
