Job Description:
• We're seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team. As a key member, you'll be involved in all stages of the design process, from concept to completion.
• You'll work closely with founders to shape interiors that are concept-driven and emotionally resonant.
• The ideal candidate will be curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about materials, furniture, and the poetry of space.

About the Role:
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, sketches, and presentations.
• Prepare drawings, plans, and layouts for both internal design work and client presentations.
• Collaborate on 3D models and visualization.
• Contribute to material selection, FF&E curation, and custom furniture ideas.
• Coverage includes coordinating with consultants, suppliers, and contractors throughout the design process.
• Guide junior designers and freelancers as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create comprehensive designs for hospitality, residential, or retail projects.
• Maintain high-quality standards through meticulous attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless project execution.
