Job Summary:

We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-oriented Printer Service Engineer to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various types of printers, including inkjet, laser, and dot matrix models, across multiple client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair different types of printers and associated peripherals.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal device performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues related to printers.
• Provide technical support to clients both on-site and remotely.
• Maintain accurate service records and regularly update job status.
• Collaborate with the internal support team and escalate complex issues when required.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt, professional service.

Requirements:
• Prior experience as a Printer Technician or Service Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of various printer brands and technologies (e.g., HP, Canon, Epson).
• Excellent diagnostic and technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage service calls independently and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• ITI or Diploma in Electronics or a related technical field (preferred).
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred for field service roles).
