Service Coordinator (Thane)

Job Description

- Coordinate service requests and ensure timely resolution on SAP and SOM (Training will be given).

- Communicate effectively with our engineers and Client site to understand

their issue and provide appropriate solutions and align engineers accordingly.

- Maintain service reports and documentation accurately on Excel. (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table)

- End coordination of service activities to ensure smooth operations.

- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly, communication should be good.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
