Job Summary:
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, strategic planning, and overall performance of the organization or specific business unit. This role ensures operational efficiency, employee productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability by leading teams, managing resources, and executing the company’s strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Oversee daily operations across departments including finance, HR, marketing, and sales.
• Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency.
• Lead, train, and mentor department managers and team members.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Drive customer satisfaction and ensure service excellence.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop new business initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA from reputed institution preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior managerial role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and business management software (e.g., ERP, CRM).
• Financial acumen and understanding of business operations.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in LNG/CNG Gas Sector will be preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach.
• Experience working with government agencies on energy or transport regulations.
• Technical knowledge of LNG/CNG fueling stations, cryogenic tankers, and vehicle conversions will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹557,750.73 - ₹2,087,+51.05 per year

• Experience and expose of HT/ LT Panels.
• Hands on experience of ACBs, VCBs, Relays and Changeover switches.
• Knowledge of MCC, PCC Panels.
• Understanding and ability to read the SLD (Single Line Diagram).
• Basic understanding and hands on experience of Electrical Maintenance.
